Join small business owners, entrepreneurs and creatives in these affordable, private office studios, located on our mezzanine level, overlooking our shared work space. Building 10

Building 10 consists of sectioned, open ceiling, warehouse space. Each unit can be built for your storage needs. Spaces are as small as 500 sf and as large as 3000 sf. The benefits of this space include 24-7 access with fob system. Each unit can be locked. Electric lift available.

This combination of warehouse space, coupled with co-work and office space allows many of our members to work in one area of the complex and still have direct access to their products and supplies.

Building 12

Building 12 consists of two enclosed, mix use units.  These can be used for storage and office space. The benefits of these spaces include 24-7 access with fob system. Each unit is heated. Electric lift available.

12A – This unit is 4500 square feet with an inside office unit that is air conditioned. There is a garage door in the front for easy ground level loading. Call for pricing.
