On Friday, March 16, 2018, the Norwood Space Center along with the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center – Southeast Regional Office (MSBDC) will be hosting Google for two business workshops called Get Your Business Found on Google and Succeeding in a Micro-Moment World.

Bryan Caplan, National Speaker for Google’s Get Your Business Online program, will take you through the steps necessary to appear and be searched on Google. Workshop previews:

Get Your Business Found on Google Maps and Search

This presentation introduces Google My Business, a free tool to manage your business information across Google. Join Bryan as he shows you the ins and outs of Google My Business and answers questions to help you build your own Google My Business listing. By the end of the presentation, you will walk away knowing the value-add features Google provides with this free tool.

Succeeding in a Micro-Moments World

Every single day, your customers have micro-moments where they need to know, go, do, or buy. Join Bryan as he walks you through connecting with customers on mobile and making sure your business is there from the moment they find you online to the moment where they click, call, or buy.

Each work shop runs 45 minutes to 1 hour. Network with other small business owners, learn how to amp up your appearance on Google and meet some of the small business partners that can help you grow.
