Norwood Space Center is a hive of creative commerce where tenants, members, and guests cross-pollinate in a collaborative culture. This mixed-use development allows individuals from many different industries to work and play together under one community roof.
This $10M project – which will be completed in three phases – includes a plan for 300,000 square feet in 24 buildings on 18 acres. Phase I was completed with a new 66,000 square-foot self-storage facility called Planet Self-Storage and the completion of Building 4 which is home to Percival Brewing Company, Puratos USA, Bay State Energy Reduction and Little Bird Events. Our campus setting can accommodate your need for space from 300 to 20,000 square feet.
This property was previously owned by Bird & Sons. Bird & Sons was founded in 1795 and built 83 Morse Street as an innovation center to create and manufacturer linoleum products. Their spirit of innovation lives on at the Norwood Space Center with a creative culture built around the arts, sciences, entrepreneurship and business.
You create the space you need, the way you want it, whether it be artistic, commercial, retail, industrial, collaborative, storage, office/work, educational or event space.
